What Happens After BabyNet?
Turning three does not mean your family has to start over.
BabyNet services ends for all children at the age of 3.
However, for eligible children, OIDD early intervention can provide continued developmental support from ages 3–6. Student Solutions can help families understand the transition, continue family training and service coordination, and support developmental needs as children grow.
Birth–3 BabyNet → Ages 3–6 OIDD → Ages 6–13 Case Management
As your child grows, the program may change. The relationship does not have to.

Practical strategies families can use during everyday routines to support communication, behavior, independence, and learning.
Developmental Support
Individualized activities and strategies based on your child’s strengths, needs, goals, and daily environments.
Service Coordination
Help connecting families with services, providers, community resources, and other supports that may benefit the child and family.
Could OIDD Be the Next Step for My Child?
OIDD early intervention serves eligible children ages 3–6 who continue to have developmental support needs after age three. Eligibility is determined through the appropriate OIDD process.
Families do not have to figure this out alone.
