Birth–3 BabyNet Early Intervention
Developmental assessments, family training, service coordination, and individualized support for eligible infants and toddlers through BabyNet.
Ages 3–6 OIDD Early Intervention
Continued developmental support for eligible children who remain at risk for delays, with family training, service coordination, and support in everyday environments.
Case Management Ages 3–13
Ongoing coordination for eligible children and families who need help navigating services, referrals, providers, community resources, and changing support needs.
The Student Solutions Difference
From BabyNet early intervention, through OIDD services, and into case management, Student Solutions can support eligible families across multiple stages of childhood. Instead of repeatedly starting over with a new agency, new team, and new story, families may be able to continue with people who already understand where they have been and where they are going.

From Dr. Teresa E. White, Founder & Director
When I was in high school, I discovered something that has never left me:
I loved helping children learn.
That passion led me to become a special education teacher, an early interventionist, twice teacher of the year, a teacher trainer, and eventually to earn my doctorate in early childhood education, and serve as a a college professor.
Along the way, I learned that families were looking for more than someone to simply show up for work.
They wanted someone who would truly see and care for their child.
Behind every referral is a family navigating questions, hopes, routines, victories, and challenges. That understanding became the foundation of Student Solutions.
Today, our team still believes every child deserves individualized support built around who they are—and their potential.
We believe meaningful progress happens in everyday moments. We believe families deserve clear communication, research- based practical support, and people who care about the details.
